We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

- Item must be unused and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Custom-made or special-order furniture is non-refundable.
- Clearance or final sale items cannot be returned.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Customers must provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after returned items are inspected.
Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error.
